Cesar, Victor, or Casper

Julia's little brother is on the way. With her, there was no discussion, but now we're having doubts. What do you all think?

    I think Julia and Victor are the most beautiful combination, but Casper is the cutest name.

    Absolutely Casper.
    As a standalone name, it's the most beautiful, but I also think it looks best with Julia.
    I really don't think Cesar is beautiful, and Victor isn't my taste.

    Casper and Victor both sound nice. I have a slight preference for Casper.
    I don't really like Cesar. Personally, I think of Caesar salad, and July is Cesar.

    Casper sounds really sweet with Julia. With Julia Cesar it feels a bit much, but Casper Julia has that lovely alliteration. I also think Victor is pretty cool, but Casper feels just a bit softer. I'd go for Casper Julia.
