Sterre or Stella

Which name do you think is prettier: Sterre or Stella? Other names are also welcome.

We have two sons, this will be our third child. Our sons are named Espen and Tibbe.

    Stella. Sterre is cute for a baby, not so much for an adult.

    I think both are beautiful, but since Tibbe already ends in -e, I'd go with Stella.

    I think both are beautiful, but I have a 'downside' for all of them. I find Sterre quite childish compared to Stella. And with Stella, I have to, but that's personal maybe, always think of the words 'aanstellen - aanStella'. But well, it doesn't look that much alike, so I'd go for Stella. Especially because I think it fits better with Espen and Tibbe.

    I hear the name Sterre more often. Lovely name!
    Stella is a bit more original and a bit cooler.

    What beautiful names your children have! I think both Espen and Tibbe are wonderful.
    I find both Sterre and Stella beautiful, but I have a slight preference for Stella.
