I don't see a photo.
But if you're overdue and you have a positive test, then you're probably pregnant. What kind of cramps are they? If it's earlier in your intestines, then that's very normal. -

6 days overdue, faint test and cramps. I'm not hopeful about it.
You're pregnant, just think it didn't go well and you'll get your period soon.
