Personally, I think Lev with a 'v' looks nicer. It feels more masculine and more like a name. Internationally, I don't find it particularly appealing.
I like Foss less, and if you go for this name, I'd write it as Fos myself. The '2s' feels unnecessary. That's just my opinion, but do what feels right for you both. -

I think Lev with a v looks nicer than with an f.
But I find Foss nicer with a double s.
My preference: Lev. But I definitely don't think Foss is wrong either. -

Both are great, I'd personally go for Foss. And Lev instead of Lef.
