HELP!! What should we do?

hi i'm james and my girlfriend phoebe and we had a question,
last month my girlfriend had her ovulation and we were intimate and 2 weeks later you guessed it, positive pregnancy test. we were so happy and jumped for joy, so we took another test the next day and it was negative. then we thought no way how can this be, the first one couldn't be an evaporation line because we used the exact same test and there was a 2nd line. so we took another one and it was positive again. so just to be sure we called the midwife practice and they immediately scheduled us for a first ultrasound. on the day of the ultrasound ( 2 days ago ) we were really tense and stressed about what if it's nothing and all that kind of stuff. so eventually we had the ultrasound and nothing to see. then they did an internal ultrasound and we did see something but she said it was clots, my girlfriend and I looked at each other and thought: Huh, clots how can that be, I haven't even had my period yet. so the midwife said okay we'll do a pregnancy test and it was clearly positive. and what she then said was really pulled out of thin air I think because it was so clear that the 2nd line was there but okay. she said it was because of the light. so we went home again.
my girlfriend did have her ovulation on 18-12-20 and 2 days before that we were intimate again.
when we got home we went straight to Kruidvat to take a pregnancy test ( cassette ) the next day and it was positive. we said to each other huh 2 times in a row a positive today we did 2 again and both were positive. but before we made a hasty decision we'd like to hear your opinion first. doing another one tomorrow.
are we NOW pregnant or NOT?

The test seems clearly positive if it was read within 5 minutes. Maybe you had an ultrasound way too early... Then there's indeed nothing to see yet. I'd keep testing for a bit and especially look for a different midwife practice .

We'll definitely do that. We tested again today, and this one was even darker than the previous two. We also looked up another clinic, and on January 27, 2021, we're allowed to come in for the first ultrasound.

Well, congratulations! Those are clearly positive!! With these tests, I’ve never seen a fade line when I wasn’t pregnant, let alone such a clear one!
