Hi! I'm 30 weeks pregnant now, first time mom, and I find it all super exciting. Luckily, everything is going well. I'm really nervous about the birth and I'm wondering if a birth prep course helps to get some calm and if it's a good preparation. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Greetings!

The birth wasn't anything for me, it's really a wonderful, unique moment. I'd love to be pregnant again just to give birth again; I've had 3 already and am trying for a 4th child, longing for that moment. You really don't need to panic, I find the contractions worse than the birth itself, but now with the epidural you don't really need to panic. Good luck, girl, and a merry Christmas.

Zon curus is really a must-do, you learn how to best handle contractions etc... I found it very helpful anyway...

Well... I can only share my experience... I found my birth to be a blast... Well... It doesn't have to be every week but it went smoothly. Without a Puf course... without any course at all. I had confidence that it would go well... I trusted that my body was made to give birth. And... I had a really great midwife... who gave me all the cues for pushing during the birth. I also got into a kind of trance or something... which made the contractions easy to handle. I of course don't know if that applies to every birth... that was my experience. Good luck!
