Short luteal phase 8-9 dpo

GEMMA
I'm worried because I always start spotting (just drops, not a period) around 8-9 DPO, and I feel like that means implantation isn't happening. Of course, there are ways to do something about it. On Monday I was 8 DPO, and since then I've had a drop here and a drop there, but no period yet. I just know they're coming.

That can't really do any harm. Small drops mean that very little of the uterine lining breaks down, so there's still plenty left to nestle in
If you really want to extend your LFP, you can take progesterone.
This pregnancy is my egg nestled in a frugal 5mm lining, so it's definitely possible!

I never had that before, and now every month on day 8 or 9 DPO I lose blood, which shrinks my hope for a fourth baby.
