Recognizable?? Brown/red bleeding for a week now

Hi everyone,

I'm currently on day 29 of my cycle. Normally, ovulation happens around day 20.
But I've had brown discharge since day 23. Some days more than others. And there was some blood mixed in 3 times.
Twice I thought I was getting my period. So a disappointment, but it didn't continue.

Apart from menstrual cramps starting from around the same time, I don't have any other complaints or symptoms.

My period is due on Wednesday, and a pregnancy test today was negative.

P.S. I stopped the pill 8 months ago.

Does anyone recognize this? It's making me a bit tired haha.

Implantation bleeding seems a bit long to me. I've had this for 7 days now.
