Hi! Last Monday, after our 2nd ICSI cycle, I had a day-5 blastocyst transferred. The doctor was very positive and said this was a really good chance. They advised testing 14 days after the transfer, but I just couldn't hold back my nerves any longer and tested anyway... and I think I see a very faint line... would love to hear if you guys see it too. Ugh, why did I even test when my man isn't home????

    What day are you on now? Could it still be possible that it's coming from any medication or something?

    Since it was a day 5 transfer, it’s been 15 days since I took the Ovitrelle. So it should really be out of my system by now.
    I was hoping for a clear line, but it’s still early, so this already gives me hope that something is happening.
    This wasn’t with first morning urine. What’s your experience? Is it worth testing again tomorrow morning with first morning urine, or better to wait until Thursday to test again?

    Yes, one line. Just make sure all medication is out of your system, or you might be disappointed later. Test again first thing tomorrow to see if the line is getting darker, then you’ll know if you can celebrate!

    We're so happy but have to be patient for now. Can I call the fertility doctor on Monday if it's still positive and schedule an appointment for the first ultrasound there?

    Just a quick update:
    I had my first ultrasound this morning. They could see a little embryo with a lovely, flickering heartbeat. I'm now 7 weeks pregnant. We're absolutely over the moon!!
