Chance of getting pregnant?

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share my story, hoping for no silly responses..
I gave birth in August.
Got my period on Nov 11th, my 2nd period after giving birth.
Started the pill for the first time again, but I forgot it almost every day and took it late, usually within 12 hours, sometimes after 24 hours. According to my app, my ovulation was Nov 25th, although I think I felt my ovulation on the 24th.

We had sex on the 16th, 19th, 20th and 24th.

Had some spotting (blood) on Nov 24th, 29th, Dec 1st and today. Really minimal, only sometimes a little when wiping, but today a bit more. I expect my period in 6 or 7 days. I also have cramps for a few days now, especially quite bad today.

I usually get pregnant very quickly, I've been pregnant 5 times with 3 children born. Now I've decided to stop taking the pill until I get my period because I have a feeling I might be pregnant because I've been so careless with the pill. The plan was not to get pregnant yet, but if I am already pregnant, it's welcome.
I know no one has a crystal ball. But could it be that my feeling is right and I am pregnant or at least have a fertilized egg?

With all my pregnancies, I had symptoms from the moment of conception, so a few days after my ovulation.
Now it's different because I've been taking the pill, so I'm not sure if it's possible to have gotten pregnant anyway.

A bit too much information, but maybe someone will take the trouble to read it and respond. I'll have to wait this week anyway, but I'm trying to make sense of my symptoms.
