suus02
Hi!
On Nov 14, I had quite severe pain in my lower abdomen (right side) and lower back (right side). I still have that nagging pain in my lower abdomen now.
I'm also extremely tired and have taken an afternoon nap for 3 days in a row. Since today, my breasts have become a little more sensitive, and I sometimes feel little twinges and (sounds weird) a ticklish feeling in my nipple. Since today, I've also had waves of nausea and once had heartburn.
My period is due on Nov 30.
Could all this be related to implantation? Or is it just period symptoms?

    Hi suus02,
That could totally be the case given your symptoms.
Get excited! In 5 days you'll know for sure. Let me know, okay?

    Thanks for your reply!
I'm so scared that my body is playing tricks on me..
but well, we'll see in a few days, I'll let you know.

    I'll be rooting for you!

Suus, exciting! Sounds pretty good. I had a lot of fatigue too (and still do). My breasts were a good sign (in hindsight ) and discharge. But I only realized that now in hindsight.

With my breasts, it wasn’t really constant pain, but sometimes there were sharp stabs and that weird feeling now and then. How was it for you guys?

Oh Suus02, so relatable! I'm in a similar spot with my cycle. I just have irregular periods, but based on symptoms, I think I ovulated around Nov 13th, and I had mild cramps in my lower abdomen on the 20th/21st/22nd. No idea when my due date would be though. Still negative test this morning. But for the past few days, my breasts have been incredibly sensitive (almost a cup size bigger), and I've been feeling nauseous at times and less interested in coffee (normally I can easily drink 4 to 5 cups a day).. But maybe it's all PMS or I'm just kidding myself )
I'll keep you in my thoughts! Is this your first?

Yeah, I had the same thing, those cramps on the 20th/21st, but mine were pretty intense. I even called the emergency line, but since I didn’t have a fever, they didn’t think I needed to come in... oh well.
Your symptoms sound hopeful! Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
We’re roughly on the same track, I also have an irregular cycle haha
Yes, this is my first one, and yours?
  8. Kyara #9

Wow, that sounds intense! Are you feeling better with the pain now, hopefully? For me, it felt a bit like mild period cramps, with sometimes a sharper stab..
Let's definitely keep our fingers crossed! Yes, it's my first one too.. But there's no way to draw conclusions from my cycle, so that makes it all quite tricky. I hope it works out 'the natural way', we'll see I'll keep you posted!

Glad it's much better now. It was really just Friday and Saturday; Sunday it already dropped quite a bit, and now I just have a bit of a clingy feeling and some pops.
Zoooo exciting all this and waiting pfff I'm really super nervous, and you? I'd love to test already hihi

I couldn't hold it in anymore, so I just tested it with a 2-5 from Kruidvat.. negative..
  11. Kyara Guest #12

Yes, I'm nervous too!! I have way too many tests at home, so I can't really resist the temptation... Sorry about your negative test, but it's still early Hopefully we'll have better news in a few days!
  12. suus02 started this #13

Yes indeed, how do you resist that urge haha, really impressive of you! Especially when you have so many tests lying around.
  13. Kyara #14

Well, I just can't resist it because I did test this morning, haha! But rationally, I know it might be too early.. Men have it easier than us in that regard, after all
  14. suus02 started this #15

Oh come on, haha! Was it positive or negative?
  15. Kyara #16

    Negative as well, unfortunately!

Let's hope for a positive test in a few days!

Hi ladies, I know from Suus that she's 5 days before her period. It's really too early to test with a regular test; you could do an early test, but you mentioned you had a late ovulation and thus a late implantation. I'd wait until 3 or 2 days before your expected period and test with your first morning urine. Some women don't get a positive result until after their period date. Good luck, ladies!
  18. Kyara #19

Tested again this morning; negative. If I really did feel my ovulation, and I have a normal cycle, then tomorrow would be my expected period. No signs of an impending period yet (I usually get some cramps a few days before), and my breasts keep getting bigger So, just waiting a bit more. Since I'm still not testing positive, I'm starting to feel a bit down. It's also just so hard because I don't even know if I really ovulated (my last period was like 3 months ago, so irregular). So we'll just see. How do you know you ovulated, Suus? Did you use ovulation tests?
  19. Mamavan2meiden #20

    Hi Kyara,

It's quite possible that you don't test positive yet if you were pregnant. Your implantation would have started around November 20th. Add about 9 days to that, and your period should start or, of course, be absent.
If you're going to test, I recommend the Kruidvat 2 for 5 euros.
I tested with that one early too, and it showed a faint line 4 days before. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me around 4.5 weeks.
