Hi everyone,

I'm pregnant with twins. We're still looking for short, tough-sounding names that fit with our 3 kids' names. We don't know the genders yet, so we're looking for names for both boys and girls.
Our kids' names are:
Jim Isaac Morris
Zoë Olivia Estée
Bas Arvid Silvan
We're looking for names with 3, max 4 letters and 1 or 2 syllables, that fit well with Jim, Zoë and Bas. Also, the name shouldn't start with J, Z, B, E or I.
Does anyone have ideas for us?

Greetings
Erik and Ilona

Thanks in advance for all the replies! We’ve seen quite a few lovely names come by, including some that were already on our list.

The following names were already on our list or are being considered:
For a girl: Ava, Cia, Fay, Fem, Lea, Lot, Mea, Mia, Noa, Rea, Rox
For a boy: Abel, Ace, Dax, Dex, Fer, Kai, Lex, Lou, Luc, Ole, Raf, Seb

I’m noticing that we’re really gravitating toward 3-letter names. If we have two girls, we like two names that end with the same letter. Is that bothersome? Just an example:
They look just as much alike as Noa & Cia.

Nope, I actually think that’s fun! With a boy, I’d go for a different vowel in the middle. And even a different one than the two boys you already have. But then I personally don’t find your list of boy names that wow (but that’s just taste, right).
    Jim, Zoë, Bas and...
Looking at your list, my favorites are:
    Ava & Noa
Fer & Luc (I think Lux feels more personal and cooler)
Noa & Fer or Noa & Lex

    Good luck with choosing!

    Congratulations! That's so lovely!
Just curious: what would it have been if they were boys?

    Thanks everyone!
For a boy, we found it a lot harder.
In the end, we would have given them these names if they were boys:
    Luc Uriël Casper
    Fer Elias Ragnar
