9 days overdue

Hi everyone,

I'm a bit unsure
I'm 9 days late today and occasionally get some cramping at the bottom of my belly. Also, when my partner and I have sex, I get really painful cramps at the top of my vagina :$ Other than that, I don't have any other symptoms.

Normally, I have a regular cycle!

Because of past experiences, I'm afraid to take a test now, and I haven't really been thinking about it or feeling the urge to do so.
But how long should I wait?
From experience, I know that I produce little hCG hormone and it takes a while to show up.
Hopefully, I can read some stories and get some info from them.

In August you were already 5 days late, I read, but now you're 9 days late. With my two kids, I waited up to 7 days because it took a bit longer for me too, so I'd take a test tomorrow anyway. That way you'll know where you stand. I find the uncertainty and especially false hope worse than a negative test. Good luck!

Hi, have you taken a test yet?

    Hi Mamavan2meiden,
I took a test today and couldn't believe my eyes. I'm pregnant!!
Today (09-11-20) I'm 5 weeks and 5 days. Sounds weird maybe, but I didn't really feel like taking a test yet, but I did anyway because of a little cold.
I was so happy to see it, hihi the vertical line (the plus sign) appeared earlier than the control line, and yes, there came the tears
It still feels strange to believe after trying for so long, hihi. Can't wait to get my first ultrasound on 02-12-20
