Preference for a girl

Hi, I'm Sara and I'm a mom to 3 boys. We really want a daughter. I know this isn't very accepted, so I don't dare say it anywhere. I've read about adjusting your diet and lifestyle, etc. Are there any moms here who have also had a specific gender and followed a set lifestyle?
For boy moms, this would mean eating lots of salt, red meat, and little fruit and dairy.
For girl moms, this would mean drinking lots of dairy, eating fruit, and eating little salt.
I can relate to the boy mom thing since filet American, steak, and carpaccio are my favorite foods. I'm trying to figure out if it's worth paying attention to my diet.
My wish is really strong.
Please no judgments as long as it's healthy, etc. That's obviously the most important thing.

I'm pregnant with a girl, and I eat a lot of salt. I also eat quite a bit of fruit. So that specific lifestyle doesn't quite apply to me. Good luck, and hopefully you'll get to have another girl!

I don't quite get why you shouldn't have a preference? I don't think you're saying a boy wouldn't be welcome, are you? I think every couple asks each other what they're hoping for. I don't believe in diets or anything like that at all. But it seems like you can feel it during your pregnancy; being very nauseous would mean it's a girl?

Hmm ok, I suddenly see this everywhere but again: the man determines the gender. What you eat has absolutely no influence on this.

The man determines the gender; as a woman, you have no influence on it at all! Besides, men also don't have any influence through diet to determine the gender!
What is known: one man has slightly more sperm cells with the male chromosome and another with the female chromosome.
Here, a mom of a boy and a girl, and now pregnant with another girl. This just happened this way.

Well, that last part is exactly what I think. I actually get pregnant easily. First time was a hit. My oldest son. Second attempt was a hit but early miscarriage. Third time was again immediately a hit. My middle son. Fourth and fifth attempts, two early miscarriages. Sixth time, my youngest son. So I’ve been pregnant every time we tried, but every time it was either a miscarriage or I was pregnant with a boy. Weird, right?

My gynecologist told me that this kind of miscarriage can't happen with girls, only if you're pregnant with a boy. I had that question after 2 miscarriages too.
I'm now pregnant with a girl after having 2 boys and haven't done anything different, so I don't think we ladies can do much about it. The man determines the gender.

    Good luck!

I have 3 daughters and 1 son, and I really wanted a boy. What I realized afterwards is that we had intercourse exactly on the day of ovulation. I wanted a fourth child and had already given up hope for a boy, but I thought I wouldn't get pregnant because it had only been 1 day since we started trying. After my ovulation, I thought my ovulation was on day 12, 13, or 14, but it was actually day 30 of my cycle. To my surprise, I was pregnant, and it turned out to be a boy. Later, during the first ultrasound, it turned out that I ovulated on day 30, so apparently that's what made it work.

Hi, I already have a boy and a girl. I really wanted another girl and I had read that you can try a few days before ovulation. For a boy, the day before and the day of. With my daughter, this worked well. However, for our third child, we had sex five days before ovulation and now I'm pregnant with a boy anyway.
(I feel my ovulation very clearly)
But of course you can try all sorts of things.
Maybe it will work with eating.
I can't really find a pattern in pregnancies regarding gender.
1st boy, no complaints, just a craving for sweets
2nd girl, feeling sick, craving cucumbers and soup
Now 3rd (6 months pregnant) Feeling sick and at the beginning craving vegetables, now more craving for sweets

    Wishing you lots of success!

I'm a mom of 3 girls and I really want a boy. We're going to do IVF in Cyprus for a boy, but that's totally taboo according to people, but I'm convinced that I can only have girls.

I eat a lot of dairy products and fruit, I don't eat red meat and I don't drink coffee, but I do drink a lot of cola. So it's possible that that's why only girls have come.
And they do say that the man chooses the gender, yes that's true but your body has to allow it and that depends on your acidity level.
