Overdue negative test

Hi everyone reading this ...

What a frustrating situation I'm in again
I'm a young woman of 31 and have always had a strict cycle; I could basically set my clock by when my period came . If I was a bit late, we're talking about 1 or 2 days.
After 2 miscarriages, and unfortunately no baby yet... I'm now almost 6 days late. I've done 2 tests already but they both came out negative .
Yesterday I thought "yes, here they are" but when I walked to the toilet I only saw a slimy, milky discharge.
Apart from the occasional light cramps, I can't say I feel like my period is coming...
Are there any ladies who have experienced this too? Should I start letting my doctor know? I'm slowly getting a bit worried about this weird game my body is playing

Greetings!

I assume you already tested but it was negative?
Unfortunately, this is quite normal. I also had 2 miscarriages and my cycle was completely thrown off by that. Your ovulation might have been a week later this month. Are you doing ovulation tests?

    Good evening

I have a regular cycle of 26 to 28 days. Now I'm already on day 33, so quite overdue. I've done 3 tests but they're all negative. Called the GP and I have to wait a few more days, but I feel so pregnant! My boyfriend doesn't know anything yet. We both want a child. I already have 3 boys with my ex. But then I didn't keep track and was already 8 weeks pregnant before I tested.

Going crazy from the uncertainty but I do feel pregnant

    Hey!
We're on the same page. I'm definitely younger though. Now 6 days overdue, extremely sensitive breasts and nauseous.
But still a negative test. I've done about 6 already....
    How are things looking now?
I'm not sure when I should go to the doctor either...

Then I'm a day ahead of myself. I'm now 7 weeks and a few hours overdue, and on Tuesday morning at 5 AM, after 28 full days, I got two lines. I'm counting from August 27th. I had that white discharge too. The round ligament pain has been pretty strong for 2 days now, and when I lie on my stomach doing yoga, I can feel my 'hotel room' pressing.

A negative result could mean the test isn't sensitive enough or that you ovulated a bit later than usual. Last year, I had two twin miscarriages, and 5 days overdue was the earliest I ever tested. You can wait up to 6 weeks before seeing the doctor for confirmation. In December, I had blood drawn when I was 2 weeks overdue. I initially thought it might be early menopause, but that wasn't the case. Hehe.

I really don't understand it at all...

Your baby being just 6 days late isn't that unusual.
