Still pregnant?

I'm not really sure where to start, so I'll just dive right in and hope someone can tell me a bit more..?
Last Monday my period was supposed to start, but it didn't. At the time, I didn't think about a possible pregnancy since I had stopped a 2-week course of antibiotics about a week before my period was due. I thought it might just be delayed because of the medication. On Tuesday morning, still no sign of blood at all, so hope started to rise. All afternoon there was just a bit of brown discharge when wiping, but my period didn't really start. In the evening, my period finally started, and I thought, well, hopefully next cycle... On Wednesday (yesterday) I lost dark red blood, but less than usual..... Last night I lost almost no blood at all, and today (Thursday) there's just a few drops on a panty liner for the whole day, which is enough. So I'm still hoping that I might be pregnant since I read on several forums that some women had a period for 2 days and turned out to be pregnant. Has anyone here experienced this too, and can someone help me out... I don't have a fever or sore breasts. I do have a lot of nausea, feel quite short of breath sometimes, and then suddenly super cold. I also have some diarrhea (sorry for the details)

No, not stressed yet since I thought it was just my period, but apparently it's not... or maybe it is and just shorter...
I don't know if it's better to just wait and see, or test anyway...
Would it already show positive now (if that's the case)? -

Normally yes, because your appointment was on Monday, so you're now past the appointment. -

So, is it smart to test now or wait just to be sure? I'm so scared of a negative test...
I've also had really bad stomach cramps since Tuesday morning, which is why I'm wondering if it's just a short period. But since I've read a lot about it possibly being pregnancy, I'm naturally hoping for a pregnancy.
