Could this be a miscarriage? (careful photo)

Is that a miscarriage or am I worrying for nothing?

    I just have about the same one and now I don't know if that's it, but I fear it is.

    That's not necessary. I also don't see any clots in this photo, just some red bleeding. Are you losing more blood now? If so, I'd assume it's a miscarriage. If it stopped after this, it's probably just a contact bleed, e.g., from sneezing, having sex, etc. You could also check if your pregnancy tests are getting darker. How many days before your due date or overdue are you?
