You can take a test now. Unfortunately, we don't know if you're pregnant.

I’d really like to test already.. but I’m a bit scared that my period will still come since it can be delayed by the antibiotics still working in my system. I’m afraid that if I test now, my period might suddenly start 5 minutes later. It feels kinda weird to me that my period hasn’t started since this morning, it really raises some questions for me????

Just test it out of an abundance of caution, then you'll know and won't have to keep worrying about it. And if your period does come after all, at least you'll know that too. Stress can also delay your period. Or your cycle might just be a bit different than usual. What difference does it make if you test now and your period ends up coming anyway? At least you'll have a double result.
