Hi,
Has anyone seen something like this in the photo?
There's a line, but it goes straight across the middle... I'm not sure what to make of it.
I've been feeling nauseous for days and have been vomiting a lot (especially in the evening)
Anyone have experience with this test?

The test is negative.
With a positive test, the line always runs vertically. This is what dried-up urine looks like, which gives you a horizontal line.
