Eating tips

Hi!
I'm pregnant for the sixth (and last ) time and have never been this nauseous. I have my first ultrasound in 1.5 weeks, so I can ask about the nausea then. But I was hoping someone might have tips. I always eat a pack of crackers before getting out of bed, but it really doesn't help. So far I don't have to vomit yet, but I've just been nauseous all day long. I also really have to make an effort to eat because I get sick from everything.

So does one of you have the golden tip? Or little things that worked well for you when you were nauseous from everything?

Thanks in advance!

    No golden tip here unfortunately.
I managed it with 3 times a day Primperan medication.
What helps me are lozenges and ice pops.

I'm 7 weeks pregnant myself and (still) not feeling nauseous. My GP mentioned that ginger tea might help. You could try that. It sounds absolutely awful to have that feeling all day long!

For me, those sweet/sour crosswise pickles (little cucumber sticks) helped. That was the first thing I ate in the morning before eating anything else. It did help quite a bit with the worst nausea.

No golden tips here. Only Primperan helped me through it.

Thanks for your replies! I've been 7 weeks pregnant since yesterday, and since week 6 I've been feeling really rough. When I go to the gynecologist for the first time, I'll definitely ask about Primperan. For now, I've got ginger pills (that was the only thing I could get without a prescription), but they don't work. I'll try ginger tea again. I'm also going to try licorice; ice lollies don't work at all for me, at least I've only had heartburn the past few days, and then I had to lie flat for an hour again. Since yesterday, I've been eating small bites of plain rice all day. So far, my stomach hasn't shown any extreme aversion to it, probably because it tastes like nothing I also have terrible heartburn and bloating. I only ever got that in my other pregnancies around week 30.

Thanks for your tips, I really appreciate them. Have a nice Sunday!
