Had a tough labor.

And those intense circumstances are traumatic for a baby, just as they probably were for you as a mother. This prevents behavioral problems later on and avoids: tantrums in toddlers, eating problems, sleep problems, speech and learning delays, and concentration issues in your baby.
I disagree with this too; the birth of my son was traumatic because the epidural during the C-section didn't work, and I had to go under general anesthesia urgently. But even so, he is anything but the above...

    Hi Ananasje,
That's a logical response from you too! I'm describing it here in general terms. My message is to point out that if parents experienced a difficult or even traumatic birth, it was also difficult for your baby. There are 37 patterns, and one of them involves an epidural.
Everything the mother feels, the baby feels too. At least, that's how it seems to have been for you!

    Warm regards,
    Romelia.

It was indeed very traumatic, but I don't see that my son has been affected by it.
