Mrs. D
Is it possible to get pregnant 2.5 weeks after giving birth? Something about singing outside the church but leaving too late..

After giving birth, you're extremely fertile, and if you're not breastfeeding, you'll ovulate again right away. But your cycle might still be off from the birth. Have you taken a test yet?

From the 3rd week onwards, you could be fertile again, so why not test?
Btw, did you have any bleeding or lower pain? I personally waited a bit before trying again, hehe.

The test isn't worth it yet since it was yesterday..

Discharge is over.. and no pain since I came out of this without any tears! In the long run, it did feel a bit irritated.. so then I asked my partner to put an end to it... that went a bit faster than expected..

Then I'd wait another 2 weeks. Are you breastfeeding? That can also delay your period.

    2.5 weeks postpartum?

They don't give advice for nothing to wait at least 6 weeks before having sex. After giving birth, you're more prone to uterine infections from having sex. And so, I assume you didn't use a condom either? A bit naive

If you ovulate again very quickly, you could have gotten pregnant. It can also take months if you're breastfeeding. Tip; finishing by sucking won't make you pregnant!

Honestly, I'd be more worried about an infection than about being pregnant
I think getting pregnant just 2 weeks after giving birth would be really fast, but I'd try a test in 2 weeks.

Definitely! Everything is pretty bruised and battered after giving birth, and even if you didn't get an episiotomy, you'll still have some wounds that need time to heal. So just use a condom if you can't wait another week.

    Is this serious?

You're super fertile after giving birth, so yes.
