Period after curettage

Hi everyone,
I had a curettage on 4/05 after a 9-week pregnancy.
Since then, no real period yet. In the week of 6/07 I did feel like my period was coming and had brown discharge all week.
This Thursday morning (23/07) I had dark bleeding, and by noon it had already stopped. Saturday evening (25/07) the same thing – suddenly bleeding, and by late evening it was done again.
Has anyone else experienced this? I’m really scared of adhesions.
