pregnant or not? HELP

Good afternoon,
I got my period on June 20th, and during the week of my ovulation, I had sex all week.
But I immediately felt a sharp pain in my uterus, but I didn't do anything about it. Then, 4 or 5 days later, I started bleeding pink to red/brown blood. It lasted for 4 days. No stomach pain or anything really, I went to the toilet and wiped blood, and it filled a pad, but it was much less than my actual period. I found it quite strange that I started bleeding when I had already had my period 2 weeks earlier.
What I'm experiencing now is: a strange taste in my tongue or mouth, like a coating with a metallic taste or something. Pain in the groin and popping sounds in the lower abdomen, with slight stabs in the uterus. And very light tingling in the breasts. And I don't really feel like I'm going to get my period.
Also, what I had recently was drinking wine, and the next day I felt so sick, like I wasn't myself anymore, walking around all day throwing up, it just felt really weird.
And when can I take a test?

I had a shot of the contraceptive pill on June 20, 2019.
Or could it still be related to my use of contraception a year ago?

Anyone who can help me please?

Testing. Is the test negative? Test again in 1 week. Unfortunately, we can't say whether you're pregnant or not.

I took the early test today, but it came back negative. I’m actually supposed to get my period on the 20th.

It's still possible that you'll test positive. Before your period, a negative result isn't very reliable, so I'd suggest testing again on the day of your period or even a day later if you're unsure about the result.

I took a test today. And in the daylight, it looks like you can see a faint line.
I think I'll test again in 2 days.
