35 weeks and doubting about a girl's name

Hi everyone!
I'm almost 37 weeks pregnant with our second, this time a girl. Our first is a tough little guy and his name is James.
We've had a name in mind for our girl for a long time, but I keep doubting.
As a nickname, it would be Marly. At first, I thought it sounded too much like the name of a relative, with whom I have a complicated relationship. When I realized that Marly could also come from Maria, my grandma, that problem was over.
My husband is crazy about the name and is basically not open to other options anymore. I love names like Olivia, Lieve and Odet.
I don't feel a "wow!" yet for the name and time is really starting to run out.
What do you think of the name Marly?
Is it a bit tacky because of the Y?
What kind of child do you see for her? And is it suitable for an adult woman?
Maybe a different spelling? Marli or Marlie?
I'm curious! Thanks for thinking along!

If our third was a girl, it would be Marlie. (in this spelling.. I don't like the y.. haha)
I think it's a beautiful name.. for both a girl and an adult woman.

Although I did have some doubts when I heard people pronounce it in an English-sounding way...
Now it turns out to be a boy and I'm doubting the name choice myself.. haha!!

    Good luck!

I love Marly. Really a nice name. If my husband hadn't had a different preference, there'd be a Marly running around here too

Sorry, tastes differ of course, but I personally don't like Marlie at all; it feels more like a boy's name to me.
Something completely different though, what do you think of Maylin? Pronounced as Meelin.
Odet isn't bad either and is quite rare; I never hear this name.

I always think of a dog when I hear Marley, because of the movie Marley & Me. Still a nice name (not for me, but for someone else). I have to say I like Olivia and Lieve better. What do you think of Molly? Or Millie? Just different (for your association), but similar.

I think Marly is amazing, it can also be spelled as Marley.
I know a Marley who's about 9 years old.. And that fits perfectly with her, a nice tough girl.

I also like these names for James:
Alice, Amy, Audrey, Carice, Chloë, Daisy, Ella, Emily, Hazel, Indy, Ivy, Izzy, Katie, Lauren, Lily, Loïs, Lou, Lucy, Megan, Melody, Quinn, Quinty, Riley, Robin, Romy, Rosie, Roxy, Stacey, Willow, Zoë

And yet I'd just go for Marly/Marley!

I think Marly is a nice name and would definitely go for it!

    Absolutely not childish!

I know a Marlie in her late twenties and a Marly in her early thirties. I also think both the ie and y work!

And it can definitely suit an adult woman!

    I'd just go for it!!

I find Marly a bit tacky, indeed because of the y. I know a Marley who was named after Bob Marley. I thought it was a weird choice (by the parents) at the time, but I've gotten used to it. She's a very sporty, somewhat shy girl who can tell stories with incredible enthusiasm and is friendly once you know her.
I wouldn't choose Marly myself, but if that's the chosen name, I'd write it as Marlie. I think because it looks more Dutch..

I think Marlie is nice too, with him.

    Another option: Maisie

I think Marlie is okay, but I find Olivia sounds much nicer, especially in Dutch.
