No, absolutely not. Doesn't even look like it.

The two oldest daughters, not my son either. And my third little girl yes. The oldest is Yara, my husband came up with that name, I didn't know it at all. The middle one had a really unique name that you hardly ever hear, I only heard it for the first time when I was 20 weeks pregnant. And for my son, my husband chose the name, which I also didn't know at all. Only my third little girl, yes, she's called Jasmijn, I've always thought this name was very beautiful since I was a child.

No, absolutely not. I used to be completely convinced that I would name my daughter Anna if I had one. Nowadays it's a very popular name in the top rankings. Our daughters have names that were outside the top 200 that year.

I always wanted to name my future child after my grandmother when I was a teenager. And that’s exactly what I did, of course in consultation with my partner.
My grandmother’s name was Elisabeth, and my eldest son is named Elias. Fortunately, she got to see him just in time. If Elias had been a girl, we would have called her Elise, also after my grandmother.
My daughter isn’t named that, though, because it sounds too similar to Elias.
My trio is named Elias, Cécile, and Floris. We didn’t have either of those two in mind beforehand, but they fit perfectly together and with Elias in our opinion.

With my son, yes. Now with my daughter, no.

The name my husband had already thought of for a girl way before we were together ended up being the one.
I also thought it was a lovely name, but I’d never heard of it before he suggested it.

I always wanted to name a son Jonathan and a daughter Salomé. Hebrew names that I found beautiful and still do. However, I've since left my faith and now feel the combination comes across as a bit too religious. Plus, my partner didn't think Jonathan was that beautiful either. In the end, it became Bas, Robin, and Isa Salomé.

When my daughter was 3 months old, I already had a girl's name picked out in case I'd have another girl. She's now over 4.5. I had to change her name during my maternity leave because my mom guessed it. haha

It's definitely the name we came up with together long before I was pregnant or we were even thinking about having kids..
    Good luck with your choice!
