I couldn't hold back again, just now... with my stupid head, I tested again..
Now there's a super faint, blurry line..
I feel nauseous, very tired, and sometimes have mild cramps, and sometimes quite a lot of discharge. I've been taking NOD for 5 or 6 days now.

I don't see anything on your photo myself, but that could be due to my phone.
Congratulations! I had a faint positive test 5 days before my due date, and now I'm 11 weeks pregnant!
