I had my IUD removed in December. We had protected sex on purpose because I wanted to give my body the chance to fully recover. In April, we decided to go for it and get pregnant right away. You can get pregnant immediately after having your IUD removed. My gynecologist did recommend waiting for one period before starting.

Okay! Yeah, she’s been out for a week now. I just hadn’t thought it through. We had unprotected sex the night before and the day she came out. I just didn’t realize sperm can live longer, xD. And last night I had a very tiny bit of bleeding. Mostly when wiping. I think I was around ovulation that week too. Super sensitive breasts/nipples. And really horny.

We had decided to play it safe for now and then go for it after two cycles. But now only last night a little bit of spotting. Could also be implantation...

    Can’t wait to see...

Spiraal removed in June 2017. In December 2017, I had a positive test.

Spiral removed in October 2019, and I'm still trying to get pregnant. Normally it happens quickly, but this time I've been unlucky.

December 2018, removed after 3 months of regular cycles, but still not pregnant as of now.
