Positive ovulation test 6 days before expected period

Hi!
I'm usually always on time with my period. Now I'm 6 days late, super tired for 1.5 weeks and have sore breasts. I first thought; maybe my period came early but no. So I went to test. The pregnancy test is really VERY VERY faint a line, that could also be nothing. And the ovulation test shows this.. What do you think? :-)

    That’s not positive at all. The second line needs to be the same shade or darker than the control line.

    Do you have a photo of your pregnancy test too?

    The ovulation test is indeed negative. The line isn't as dark as the control line. On the pregnancy test, I do see a faint line, but it should be thicker by now, 6 days after ovulation. Are you sure about your egg? Did you use ovulation tests?

    Which IUD do you have?

    I’d take a pregnancy test. Being pregnant with an IUD can cause serious problems. The test is actually positive.

    Morning, afternoon, or evening urine doesn’t matter anymore.

    I’d also test again. The chance is indeed small, but nothing is 100% safe, of course.
    I recently had my copper IUD removed myself and I’ve never been overdue (and therefore not pregnant either )

    For both you and the baby. Your test is positive. Call your GP right away and ask for a referral to the gynecologist.

    Call your GP. They can help you further. I myself have had very good experiences with these tests and others have had different experiences.

    Yesterday the test was negative... I'll just quietly wait for my period. I still find it weird! Has anyone here ever experienced this?

    Yeah, I’ve had this happen before where my tests were positive, but faint. Not bright, obviously. The next day they’d be negative again, then positive later. I eventually had a miscarriage around 4.5–5 weeks of pregnancy, and I had that feeling too—something just wasn’t right. Also once I was three days late, and on the third day in the evening I saw a faint line from the Action test, so we were happy. But the next day I got my period anyway. Yeah, keep going like that. I’ve tested faintly positive so many times, and whether it was really “something” or a false positive? No idea. It’s not nice at all.

    Yesterday late in the morning, I wiped away at least some pink 'blood'. After that, nothing more. Just now, the same thing but with more brown/old blood. No idea what's going on, but hopefully it'll come out today!
