Whose pregnant

Hi everyone,
My best friend is pregnant and she's not sure who the father is.
On the night of March 13th to 14th, she had an affair, and as soon as the pharmacy opened (around 8:30 AM), she bought and took the morning-after pill. After that, she went to her boyfriend, and they had sex again that same day.
The next day, March 15th, she got her period according to her normal 29-30 day cycle. In the meantime, she only had sex with her boyfriend.
After her period was missed on April 15th, she took pregnancy tests on April 24th and 25th, both of which were negative. On April 29th, she tested positive. On May 1st, she used the Clearblue weeks indicator, which showed she was 1-2 weeks pregnant. On May 15th, she used the weeks indicator again, which then showed 3+ weeks. According to the test, this would mean conception happened more than 5 weeks ago.
So the question is... could she be pregnant from the man she had the affair with? I would think not, since she took the morning-after pill and got her period. Important to mention is that she didn't use protection with either man. Thanks in advance for your responses

An emergency contraceptive pill can cause your period to start. Her cycle is a bit messed up then. She can only be pregnant from everything that happened after taking the emergency pill. So from her boyfriend. -

I don't think she's pregnant from her affair anyway. Took the morning-after pill AND got her period. And only tested positive with 1-2 on the Clearblue more than a month later. It's obvious she got pregnant in April, not March. -
