What do you think?

Hi everyone,
I usually take the pill and now I forgot it on day 5.

We had sex the day before my ovulation.

Now I felt a bit weird. A feeling like I was about to get my period, even though it wasn't time yet. So I did a test. This was 5 days before my expected period.
I looked at it for 1 minute. I saw nothing and put it away. (I know I normally should have waited 5 minutes)
When I wanted to throw the test away in the evening, I was surprised to see 2 lines.

This doesn't seem like a drying line to me.

I should get my period in 2 days. So I want to do a new test over the weekend.

What do you think? Is it a positive test or not?

Did you take the pill properly? Because how do you know you had ovulation? You normally don't ovulate when you're on the pill. Maybe you missed that one pill and had ovulation, which could indeed lead to pregnancy. I'd take a new test and wait 5 minutes. Then you'll know for sure. If it shows positive now and you're really pregnant, a second test should also be positive. Just make sure to check within the reading time.

I feel my ovulation regularly and keep track of it in an app. This is almost always accurate. This time too, I clearly felt my ovulation.
Because I feel it so regularly, I've done his ovulation test once. And it confirmed that my feeling was right. So despite the pill, I do ovulate every month.
2 years ago I had a miscarriage. Then the tests stayed negative and there was a little fetus with an umbilical cord. According to the GP, about 5 to 6 weeks old.

Okay, weird. I think the whole point of the pill is that you don't ovulate, and therefore you can't get pregnant. Or do you have a pill that works differently? If you ovulate every month, you're fertile every month, seems like it to me?

Ah, I just read that the mini-pill does cause ovulation. I have no experience with that. Anyway, if you want certainty, I’d just take another test. Positive within the reading time? Then you’re pregnant.

I'm definitely going to take another test this weekend. This time a CB test. Then it'll be completely clear.
Even though we haven't been trying anymore, I secretly hope for it a little bit.
