One line! Congratulations on your pregnancy

Really? Can you already call that positive? I can't believe it... Thank you all!

If you do it again in two or three days, it should be clearer.

    Yes, it's positive.

I took a digital test today, but unfortunately, it’s negative :-(

Seems logical to me. These are less sensitive, I thought?
The Kruidvat test also only showed a very thin line.
I'll try again with the Kruidvat tomorrow. Then the line will probably be thicker

Ah, really? Are those less likely to turn positive? I don't have any more tests right now. And unfortunately, the Kruidvat is still closed here; ordering takes another half week before they arrive. I'll test again on Tuesday or so with a test from the pharmacy (those are open). If I'm still not getting my period by then. I also have no idea when I should be getting my period (very irregular cycle). So that makes it a bit tricky.. I was actually looking for my ovulation, and about 1.5 weeks ago it was as good as positive. But since I wasn't sure anymore, I tested again on Thursday with an ovulation test, which was bright positive, again on Friday, and again on Saturday before I did that Kruidvat test.. it's all a bit vague.

The ones from Action are really nice and cheap!

Chantall88, that's also close to home. I live in Belgium, everything is closed here until May 11th. So I can't buy those tests right now. I still had some Kruidvat tests left...
  12. chantall88 #13

Oh okay, really everything is close to you guys. Pff, what a bummer. And ordering online?
  13. Hanna started this #14

Yeah, only supermarkets and since recently garden centers are open. I had ordered the one from Kruidvat online a month or so ago. And it took almost 2 weeks for it to arrive. So if I were to do that now, it would already be the 11th :-p
  14. chantall88 #15

Oh hmm... then I'm afraid there's nothing else to do but wait until the 11th

I have another question (probably very silly, but I just have to ask) – can such a test also show a very faint positive during ovulation? Does it react to that? Because the ovulation test was positive too. I’m going to do another test from the pharmacy tomorrow, but those are supposed to be less sensitive, so I don’t want to do it today. By the way, I also have a lot of lower abdominal pain/cramps..
  16. Line #17

No, it's the other way around! So that positive ovulation test is also a nice sign that you might be pregnant.
A pregnancy test can never be positive during ovulation, but an ovulation test can be positive if you're pregnant

Aren’t they available at the supermarket? At least here in the Netherlands. The pharmacy is also open, and isn’t it normal to get your blood drawn in Belgium?
  18. chantall88 #19

No, it would only be positive in case of pregnancy. I also had terrible cramps around my period date. I really thought I was getting my period... but it didn't happen.

Well, I tested again today and it's really negative, so I don't know where I am in my cycle now... I'll just wait and see.
