Hi ladies,

I've been reading along as a guest for a while, but now I have a question of my own.

Hi ladies!

I have a question: this month is my second cycle trying to conceive. I also used ovulation tests for the first time this month. On Friday, April 4th, around 12 PM, I got a positive result, but unfortunately, we couldn't have sex . The next morning around 11 AM we did, and in the evening we hung out a bit more.

I hadn't had any sex the days before because my partner is away for work during the week.

But my question is now: did I wait too long??
I have to wait until Saturday.

Best, Fem

Well, no one really knows for sure. Normally, your egg releases within 48 hours after a positive test, and your egg stays viable for about 12 hours after that. Normally, you’d probably be on time, but no one can say exactly when your egg released. And even if you were on time, it’s still a wait-and-see situation. Unfortunately, there’s not much more you can do than that.

    Thanks for your reply!
I'll wait it out "calmly" for now (haha)!
