Friend not ready for baby

Good evening.
I might have a weird topic.
I have a girlfriend. For simplicity I call her Z. I feel like she isn't ready for a baby. Still, everyone has to decide this for themselves, and I mean what I'm about to say purely out of protection, so please don't react negatively.. although I kind of understand it.
Z has autism (nothing wrong with that, I do too). She's 31 and feels like her baby clock is ticking and she needs to get a baby soon. Every time I talk about my pregnancy or baby (too much) I barely got any reactions from her. If I did get something it was like "yeah stop it, I'm jealous, I don't need to hear this." While I wasn't just talking about the baby or the pregnancy, only when she asked about it herself. I feel like she wants a baby because she sees it a lot in her environment. Her brother is now 6 months old with a girl and she is 3 weeks pregnant. They chose for it themselves. She is 17, lives at home and he is 25 and lives in a one-room apartment full of beer bottles and cigarette packs. They constantly complain about it and always say it's unfair because they should have been earlier. Now she had a relationship with a man for a while, that's over. They saw each other once a month and it wasn't really love. Meanwhile they are back together for 4 weeks and she has stopped the pill. She needs a baby anyway and he doesn't know she stopped. He says one time he wants a baby and an hour later he doesn't. I give advice, talk to him about it. Every time she avoids it, I feel like she doesn't want the conversation because then it might come out that he doesn't want a baby and we're back at zero. Besides, she's on Wajong (disability benefit) and has 50 euros a week for pocket money which goes to her cavies, cigarettes and food (I've told her so many times.. if you know you want to get pregnant stop smoking).

Besides, I feel like she can't take care of herself. Her teeth are full of holes, she showers once every 2 weeks if you're lucky, during a period she changes her pad 2 times a day despite leaking and her house is a mess of empty cans, hair, sand, dust, cigarette packs and who knows what else. She cleans her cavy cage with luck once a month so it smells really bad too. I often try to start conversations with her about cleaning up and taking better care of yourself and you need to shower more and brush your teeth etc but every time she comes up with the autism excuse so I can't. Still she wants a child because she thinks she can take care of her cavies. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm on the phone with her almost daily for at least half an hour (another half hour for the baby) giving tips about housework and cavies and personal care, I often come by to help with everything and she keeps doing it like this. I can't stand that she wants a baby. I haven't said this literally but I have said more often that I think everything needs to get better before she starts but she thinks a baby is easy and she'll manage because everything isn't that expensive and difficult.

It's come to the point that I've kind of stopped the friendship for myself. I keep cancelling and don't come by anymore and call her less. Purely because everything causes me so much stress and I have a family I need to take care of myself. I wouldn't be able to handle it if she got pregnant.

Are there any tips from people? Experienced something similar? Sorry for the spelling mistakes, I'm dyslexic and besides that I just got a new phone and that keyboard is different from my old one. Thanks in advance.
