Period after 3 weeks

Hi!
I have a question and I can't find the answer anywhere online.
I stopped the pill on March 23rd, and that same week I got my normal "period" on the 28th. Now I read everywhere that it can take months before you get a normal first period again. It also sometimes says that for a small minority of women, this happens much faster.
Now I think I might be part of that small minority. Yesterday, April 7th, I had a little brown discharge, and today it's light pink. Does this mean I already got my period 2 weeks after my withdrawal bleed? And does that mean I'm already fertile right now? Unfortunately, I can't find anything about this! Hence my question.
