It's silly, but with Jaya I thought: Neenee.
Djaya: I'm not really a fan of Dj- names. But of these two, definitely the one I'd choose.
Maybe: Aya, Faya, Kaya, Maya. -

Jaya sounds like "yeah yeah..." A bit nagging, I think, and especially meaningless... For me, not a name

Jaya, but not if you pronounce it like "jaja." I don't think Djaya looks nice either. Dj-names in general don't, but anyway, it doesn't fit my circle.
I'd go for Faya, Taya, or something like that. -

Hmm, no, not really my thing, both of them. I really can't choose. I don't think Djaya is beautiful at all, and I read Jaya as "yay." -

Sorry, I don't find them beautiful. But of course feel free to choose it if you like it, tastes differ.
Here are some other options: Laya/Laia, Chaja/Gaia, Chiara/Kyara, Fayah, Farah, Mara, Maya, Ada, Ava -

A colleague of mine has a Yaya in their class. Once you get used to it, it's a nice name.
