Positive or not?

What do you guys think? Positive? This was within the reading time. I can see the line myself, but we've been at it for a while and I honestly didn't believe it anymore. Am I going senile, or do you see it too?

    I'm not really feeling enthusiastic about it myself yet. Tomorrow I'm going to test with that 2v5 from Kruidvat and the digital Clear Blue has been ordered. Exciting!

    I've thrown in 2 more tests. I find the 2w5d one really clear, but on the other one I can barely see anything. Can I go by the Kruidvat one? Those are known for their reliability, right?

    Try to stick to one brand. That way you avoid different lines.

    How long were you busy with it?

    This was the 6th round. It sounds brief, but I had also tried 12 rounds in the past (with the father of my son) for a second attempt, without success. So I had already assumed it wouldn't happen without medical help.

    In your head you were probably already much further along and busy with the mmm.

    That’s absolutely true, I was really surprised by the positive test. I’ve had a lot of antibiotic courses in the last few months, my body was completely thrown off balance. Because of that, I didn’t have much faith in my body anymore. It’s only now starting to sink in a bit.

    Congratulations!

    Six months doesn't feel short when you're trying to conceive. Of course, there are other years of trying, and that's awful. But for your own sense of time, every month feels too long.

    I personally think 6 months is quite short. Especially since most couples get pregnant within a year; if it takes more than a year, we talk about reduced fertility. But indeed, I understand why it feels like a long time—every round feels like one too many, right? ;-) I speak from experience; I'm now on round 17, and by the end of this week, we'll know if we're moving on to round 18.

    But you should be really happy, that's wonderful. Enjoy it and take good care of yourself.

    Well, as a couple you've been together for 6 rounds, but as a mom you're already 18. Glad it worked out relatively quickly with this partner and that you're being surprised like this. Congratulations. I think your tests look fine.
