    Jolie, I think Lela is pretty, but Leila isn't my taste.

    I'd go for Lela instead of Leila, or else Jolie.

    I think Scottie Jolie has too many 'ee' sounds, and Scottie Leila doesn't flow well.
    Scottie Mae/May or Scottie Rae flows better, or maybe even:
    Scottie Kay
    Scottie Bryn
    Scottie Lyn
    Scottie Ann
    Scottie Dee/Day
