Hi everyone, what do you think about the vaccination at 22 weeks?
The more I read about it, the more I hesitate to go ahead with it.

I put it at 30 weeks

I'll put him in anyway. If my baby gets whooping cough, I'll never forgive myself. I absolutely hate needles, but I'll just push through .

Why are you considering not getting him, if I may ask?

I’m going to do it at 24 weeks. My oldest son was in the hospital two years ago with RSV—you can’t protect against that. But I saw a lot of really sick little babies with whooping cough back then. That you can actually prevent! So for me, no doubt at all.

I read something by Martin Vrijland and searched the internet. They mainly say that it’s not fair or proven what’s actually in the vaccines. And because of that, I’m really doubting. Anyone curious can check all this out on Martin Vrijland’s Facebook page.

    Anti-vaxers are everywhere.
In most countries, this vaccine has been given for a long time. So it's really safe. And yes, I wouldn't want to risk my baby getting whooping cough either. It's your own decision, of course.

Of course, that's the most important thing!
I'll probably just talk to the midwife and stop reading weird stories.

Yeah, there are people who always remain convinced that vaccines are bad, unfortunately. But there's a lot of scientific evidence that it's harmless.
