Hi ladies
I stopped the pill on Dec 8, 2020, and have only had one period since. Now I should be getting my period again, but it's not coming. I'm on day 37... I took a pregnancy test 2 or 3 days ago (using a Sensi Test dipstick) and it was negative.
What should I do now?

    Hi Jessica,
    That's really annoying. Maybe ask your GP for some blood tests?

    What do you mean by a blood test at the doctor, since the pregnancy test is negative?

    Your body is shedding the pill. It might take a while before you get a regular cycle. You might want to read up on it online. I got my period right on time the first month after stopping the pill (6.5 years ago), and then it was two months later. Then I got pregnant with my first, and I haven't taken the pill since. Good luck, and I think you should just have a little patience.

    Thanks for the info. Do you think I should postpone the doctor's visit?
