Does it make a difference if you clean in the morning or in the afternoon?

I read that morning is best because then the "supply is freshest" hahaha. But we always do it in the evening because then I can still lie on a pillow with my bum up for hours in my sleep. And we already have a little one running around who is usually awake before us.
