    Just because I don’t really like names with only one syllable (like my own name, haha)

    Neither is really my taste, but if I had to choose, I'd go with Olivia.
    I really don't think Noor is a beautiful name. Norah, on the other hand, is.

    I think Noor is too much like an abbreviation of Nora.

    I find Olivia such a typical, ordinary girl's name.
    Noor feels like it has more character. And calling her Noortje when she's little would be super cute

    I think Noor is cuter.
    I'm going with Noor because I find it a cute name and more appealing than Olivia.
    When I hear Olivia, I think of the little pig Olivia, a cartoon from my childhood on KRO. It doesn't matter much, but I can't separate this name from the children's song and cartoon anymore.

    I would also go with Norah earlier, you can always shorten it to Noor.

    I think Noor is more beautiful than Olivia.
    I don't find Olivia that appealing. For example, I think Liva is much nicer!
    Norah is also super lovely, as many people already say.

    I think Olivia is much prettier. In terms of sound, and I also like names with multiple syllables.

    I think both are beautiful. Olivia is sweet and elegant, Noor is tough and has a name with some punch. Norah, on the other hand, I don't find beautiful haha
