Hi, I'm 26 and really want kids, but I have an irregular cycle so I can't figure out my fertile window. I've had two 46-day cycles now and thought I ovulated last week, but today I got my period... pff, should I maybe make an appointment with a gynecologist? What could she do?

It never hurts to consult with a doctor. There are medications to artificially regulate your cycle. Additionally, ovulation tests can help you find your fertile window with an irregular cycle.
