How do I ensure a nice pregnancy?

Dear moms and soon-to-be moms,



This year, my girlfriend and I are expecting our first child, but since she’s naturally doing most of the work, I’d really like to do something special for her. I want her pregnancy to be a beautiful and memorable time, and I want to make sure that happens. That’s why I’m looking for some tips from moms and soon-to-be moms.



So, in short: What can I do to make sure my girlfriend has a beautiful and unforgettable pregnancy experience, and feels really good about it!

    First off, what a super nice message!
    How can our man/partner contribute to an unforgettable pregnancy? What a good question!!!
    I think of pampering foot massages, cooking nice meals, taking over some household tasks. Enjoying your time together as a couple even more, like going to the movies or eating out.
    A nice surprise maybe a photoshoot, painting the belly. Making a plaster cast of the belly, pre-natal yoga or a pregnancy massage. A pregnancy journal to keep track of, every week a photo of her growing belly for later.

    I think it's so nice that my husband comes along to the check-ups and ultrasounds. He's also never too much when I complain about being tired again... A listening ear and sharing the experience is probably the most beautiful thing you can give. Also, just feeling with your hand on the big belly to feel the baby move gives back a nice interest in the baby and the pregnancy!
