    I think Noor is the prettiest! I also think Liva is super cute. Aimee isn't really my style.

    Noor! Noor and Aimee both come up a lot in my circle, and I still think Noor is beautiful, whereas Aimee feels too ordinary to me now. Funny, really, because it’s a lovely name.

    But do you mean that Aimee is common in English? So basically Amy... pronounced like Eemie.
    Or Ehmee? Because I mean the French pronunciation!
    Because in my opinion, Noor is a common name, but Aimée is not. (The French name, that is)

    No, I mean the French version, so Eh-mee. It might vary by region though! It's still a beautiful name, but unfortunately, it's become a bit overused around here, to put it mildly.

    Aimée! I also like Noor, but it feels more like a trendy name or something. Now everyone suddenly likes it and they're naming a lot of girls Noor, Saar, or Suus (nothing against the names, but they're a bit overused by now). I think Aimée sounds more timeless and so sweet!

    Thanks for the replies! Funny that it really does seem to vary by region since I personally don’t know any Aimées around here, not at school or the toddler playgroup. And yet, there’s Noor.

    I voted for Noor! Such a lovely name. I know 2 people named Aimee and 1 Noortje. I think Noor feels a bit more cheerful.
