Good morning ladies
We want to start using ovulation tests this month. I have no idea how many days before ovulation you can start testing. Who can help me?

In principle, you can test throughout your whole cycle, I think, but it's mainly useful around your "fertile window." You calculate when you should get your period next, depending on your cycle length. Then subtract 14 days. That's your expected ovulation date. It's best to start testing a few days earlier. If your cycles are irregular, use the shortest one. You'd rather test a bit longer than miss the LH peak

I always start on cycle day 10
