When to have sex after a positive LH peak this morning?

Hi ladies,
I'm new here. Currently in round 4 of trying to conceive, and from round 3 onwards I've been using Sensitest ovulation tests. Last time I couldn't find a clear LH peak. This morning on day 17 of my cycle I had a very dark LH line. We last had sex last Saturday. What's the best thing to do now, tonight, tomorrow or? And does it affect his sperm if my boyfriend goes to the sauna tonight? (I've read something about that before)
Best,
Celine

Personally, I'd do it tonight and tomorrow. For couples who are having a hard time, the advice is often every two days, but if everything is going well... I remember the round where I got pregnant last time: Saturday morning was the peak, and by Saturday evening I felt my ovulation. Friday, Saturday, Sunday – twice each. I thought, well, maybe there are more eggs out there waiting Just have fun and take advantage of it tonight.

Sauna, I honestly don't have anything sensible to say about it. It seems like it depends on how long and how hot it is, and whether your partner is used to it or not.

Sauna isn't great for the little swimmers. If you've done it on Saturday, I'd suggest doing it tonight and Wednesday. That way you're always covered.
My OB/GYN recommended doing it daily, as that's the best. Good luck

Ladies, thanks for your replies. My boyfriend is used to the sauna, by the way; he usually goes about twice a week for around 15 minutes each time. We'll just try tonight and tomorrow, and then hope for a positive result in two weeks... Pleasure is indeed the most important thing, right???

It's not about whether your boyfriend is used to it or not. It's not good for the swimmers
I'd definitely do it today, since Saturday was the last time and instead of doing it again tomorrow Wednesday. You could have an LH peak now, but your egg might also release in 48 hours
