Positive pregnancy test, no symptoms.

Hi everyone! I'm new here. I'm wondering if there are any ladies who had a positive pregnancy test (or have had one) and barely had any symptoms? Yesterday I had cramps and sharp pains in my back, which I think were my implantation pains (no bleeding though). I really felt that. Today I still have a dull ache in my back and occasional nausea, and I'm also feeling very tired.

    I had no idea those could be the first real symptoms. Nausea comes in waves and isn't every day. My period is due on the 13th, so we'll wait and see. Luckily, I don't really feel like testing yet.

    Yeah, sure! Oh, I thought you had already tested. These symptoms can also be present if you're just about to get your period or near ovulation. That's always tricky with the first symptoms. I hope you get a positive test!

    I've already ovulated, so I'm thinking it's implantation. I never have any symptoms when my period is due, so I'm hoping for a positive test.
