Liselot, do you also know how long your cycle normally lasts? Today would be cd 30 for you, a "normal" cycle is around 27/28 days. As far as I know, you might have already passed your ovulation, assuming you have a nice "regular" cycle. A tip: using ovulation tests is helpful, and keeping track of your cycle with an app. So I'd suggest continuing to test and see if that "faint" line becomes clearer. Good luck!
Hmm, yeah, if your cycle is 33 days now, you'd still be before your period. It's exciting, I'm really curious for you. Let me know if you test again..? Or (unfortunately) got your period?
Yeah, that's hard to figure out then. Read that your last period was on October 27th. Then your ovulation was around November 10th, 11th, or 12th. With a 33-day cycle, maybe a bit later. I think you're now at or past your due date. I hope I'm wrong, but there's a chance implantation didn't go well. So you had a slight rise in hCG, which is why you see a faint line, but it doesn't increase from there. Some women do get a darker line later, but in principle, tests should go up daily once you see a line. Or the ones you did a few days ago were negative or a false positive, and the one you did last is your baseline. So by continuing to test, you'll find out naturally. Then I hope they go up. hCG rises gradually, not suddenly every other day. And it's faster in one pregnancy than in another. Good luck!
Hi everyone,
I went to the hospital yesterday because of severe abdominal pain. After an ultrasound, we found out that I'm already 9 weeks pregnant. We're very happy about it, but I have to admit I'm still quite in shock.
