Elin, Novi, Rhune, Mirre, Irsa, Thirza or Ilva

We're looking for a fairly short, slightly tough boy's name that's not in the top 20. We're having trouble finding something like that for girls. We both really like Elin, but it's a bit too popular. Mirre is also very beautiful, but not quite tough enough. So we're curious what you all think of these names.

I'm a big fan of Thirza. Beautiful, sweet, and strong name, not so common.
I also like Elin and Mirre, they sound good, but I understand your doubts about them.
So I'd go for Thirza or possibly Irsa or Ilva.
Novi and Rhune I don't find so beautiful.
